Kathryn Decelles is an Organization Leadership Development professional with fifteen years of experience developing, delivering, and reengineering programs that integrate adult learning theories and business strategies. Kathryn has extensive experience in creating learning solutions that enhance productivity in fast-paced, highly competitive, global and domestic organizations. Kathryn has held key roles in sales and then Leadership Development at M&M Mars, Coca Cola Enterprises and Partners Healthcare System. Kathryn earned a B.A. in Sociology and Management from Regis College. She completed a High Potential Leadership University Program at Coca-Cola. Additionally, Kathryn is certified in: PDI Ninth House coaching, 360 Degree Coaching, Inclusion Training, Disk Communication and Dimensions of Professional Selling.
Kathryn lives in Hingham, MA with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she coaches her daughters in Youth Softball and leads a Troup of Girl Scouts. She also is very active in fundraising for the International Rett Syndrome Foundation.
