Nancy Joyce is a business executive, entrepreneur and expert in teaching women the art of self-promotion. Nancy’s coaching and training courses on Authentic Self Promotion for women are the first to focus directly on this career defining skill . Nancy is currently CEO of her own consulting firm where she works with a small group of high potential companies to assist them in optimizing their growth strategies. Recent clients include high profile internet companies such as Gilt Groupe where, among other initiatives, she has led several high impact marketing initiatives for the women’s ready to wear business, currently the largest in the flash sale space bringing in several hundred million dollars in annual revenue.
Consistent with living within her passion, Nancy recently launched Joyce Advisors- Authentic Self Promotion, an exclusive coaching and training business focused on an intimate number of high potential women entrepreneurs and executives to support these women in navigating their way to their version of the C-suite either in an existing organization or by raising funds needed to build their own organization.
Nancy started working as an Internet entrepreneur as an early employee of DoubleClick, the leading online advertising company now owned by Google. At DoubleClick, Nancy successfully took on challenging assignments such as scaling the Website Analytics Business as Vice President, General Manager and becoming the first Vice-President, General Manager of the West Coast. After a five year career at DoubleClick, Nancy spent several years at Digitas in Boston leading Internet Strategy and Analytics for the Procter & Gamble Accounts as well as serving as relationship lead for the L.L. Bean account for which Digitas performed an annual e-commerce benchmark study. Nancy left Digitas to join a Bain Capital financed start up, El Dorado Marketing Group, where she served as SVP of Product Development and Marketing. Nancy has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Nancy started her business career after an undergraduate degree in Russian from Georgetown University by opening the Moscow office for Apple Computer’s exclusive distributor for Russia and continued by launching and growing Apple’s Education Sales and Marketing Division for Russian Republic
Nancy lives outside of Boston with her amazing husband and their equally wonderful, two daughters. Nancy speaks six languages, is fluent in Spanish and Russian in addition to English and was at one point fluent in all six (French, Czech, Slovak). She loves to sail, would not be caught dead without her Kindle and enjoys traveling to anywhere new (ask her about Siberia!).
